Tabouli is made of bulgar wheat, cucumber, tomato and chopped parsley. It can also have nint, onion, garlic, and it has an olive oil and lemon juice dressing. It is a very nutritious dish.

Spinach, like any dark green leafy vegetable, is loaded with vitamins and minerals. Forget about iceberg lettuce except to add crunchiness. Use spinach.
