Georgi Karakhanyan- Pro MMA Fighter

Professional Record of 24-6-1

I am a devoted vegetarian and I give this a lot of credit for my strength.  The reason why I became a vegetarian is because I do not like animals being hurt. but I also believe that being a vegetarian is a healthy way to live.  As for people who say, “You can’t fight if you’re a vegetarian!” I say, I don’t need to eat meat to kick their ass!

Josh Clopton – MMA Fighter

Professional MMA Record of 6 – 2 – 1

I have been eating less meat in my diet for a long time, eating it only a few times a week now.  I try to always eat free-range, hormone free meat, both because it is better for me and means the animals were treated more humanely.

I feel healthy and strong, and have a high energy level.

Colleen “The Beautiful Disaster” Schneider – MMA Fighter

Professional MMA Fighter and Personal Trainer

I stopped eating any kind of meat when I was 5 years old, the day I found out it came from animals.  That initial motivation still holds, but there are many other factors that now support that choice for me.  I've done sports my whole life, and now compete professionally in MMA.  I'm strong, fit, have energy to train all day and recover quickly.  How I eat is a huge part of that.  In addition to not eating meat, I eat very little dairy and gluten, and no refined sugar.  Fresh fruit and veggies are a huge part of my diet.
