Split Pea Soup

Pretty much any soup can be done without meat or dairy, and taste as good or better. Split pea soup is a great example. It is filling and tastes great. You can even slice in veggie hot dogs if you want.

Beans, rice, salsa, grilled veggies, lettuce, tomato, guacamole, olives, etc. Any restaurant that makes burritos can do a veggie burrito if you ask.

So many great meals can be made with stuffed squash, stuffed potatoes, etc. Using a mix of rice, vegetables and spices can make each one unique and taste great.
